Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We will accept returns in accordance with the terms and conditions of our then current returns policy.

If you have changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, we may offer you an exchange or refund under the following conditions and in accordance with our returns policy:

  1. The return must be requested within 15 days of purchase.
  2. The returned Goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.
  3. The refund amount will be the purchase price less handling fee which may included original shipping costs, credit transaction fees and any other costs incurred.
  4. Direct ship products and customised stock cannot be returned on a change of mind or customer error basis.
  5. Any return freight fees will be at your expense.

We are not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.

Our change of mind returns policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

1. Cost

Free delivery on orders over $75 including GST for non regional eastern mainland states.

For metropolitan orders under $75 a delivery charge of $9.95 is applicable for eastern states whilst other states and regional areas will receive a calculated delivery fee.

2. Timeframe

All orders are dispatched the next business day allowing for inventory. Delivery is handled by courier or Australia Post.

Delivery to major cities and towns will arrive within 20 business days.

Delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Please Note: Any delays caused are currently due to the resulting impact of the COVID19 service disruptions.

3. Delivery Areas

The Stationery Store delivery is only available within certain regions in Australia.

4. General Terms

A signature may be required on delivery. If delivery cannot be made, Australia Post or courier will leave a note to make another appointment. Should this occur, you will responsible for any extra delivery fees incurred.
