Returns Policy
We will accept returns in accordance with the terms and conditions of our then current returns policy.
If you have changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, we may offer you an exchange or refund under the following conditions and in accordance with our returns policy:
- The return must be requested within 15 days of purchase.
- The returned Goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.
- The refund amount will be the purchase price less handling fee which may included original shipping costs, credit transaction fees and any other costs incurred.
- Direct ship products and customised stock cannot be returned on a change of mind or customer error basis.
- Any return freight fees will be at your expense.
We are not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.
Our change of mind returns policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Free shipping applies to most metro areas in QLD, NSW and VIC for orders over $99.
Regional, remote, bulky or heavy items may incur additional freight charges. All non-standard delivery costs will be automatically calculated at checkout using our shipping rate tool.
Dispatch Timeframes
All orders are typically dispatched the next business day, subject to stock availability.
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by courier or Australia Post.
Delivery times are estimates only, and The Stationery Store does not accept liability for delays outside our control.

Some remote locations may not be serviceable or may require additional freight charges.
General Delivery Terms
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- If delivery cannot be completed, the courier or Australia Post may leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel.
- Customers are responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
